CENTURY 21 ALLSTARS TRAINING AND COACHING

CENTURY 21 Allstars understands that selecting the company you eventually work for is by far the most important decision you will make in setting the tone for a successful career in real estate.  We also understand that CENTURY 21 Allstars is as only as good as the individual talents that make up our organization.  Consequently, to have the best talent in our market place, we must provide not only a comprehensive training program but also a unique, on-going coaching program.

TRAINING PROGRAM

Our training program will teach you how to generate a minimum of one transaction per week and to earn a six figure income in your first year.  You will be taught how to prospect for new clients and what to say to those clients when you meet them.  You will understand how to calculate buyers’ monthly payments and what costs and other requirements are associated with purchasing a home.  You will also understand how to calculate the value of property and the expenses associated with a homeowner selling their property.

As for financing, you will become an expert in conventional and FHA financing.  You will understand what is required on behalf of the buyer to qualify for a home loan.  You will meet with lenders in an effort to establish a business relationship so that you become more familiar with the financial industry.

Our training program is continuous and ongoing that meets daily at 8:30 a.m., Monday thru Thursday.  Some of these training programs, especially scripts training, is videoed and critiqued for improvement.

COACHING PROGRAM

Our coaching program is designed and set to inspire why you got into the real estate business; to succeed at a high level and not merely make a living!  On a quarterly basis you will be evaluated based on the results and the activities that you have completed.  When meeting with your coach, an assessment based on what you have accomplished will be addressed and recommendations will be made that conform to our minimum standards and what you wanted from your career.  This accountability process is continuous and ongoing throughout your real estate career with CENTURY 21 Allstars.
