CENTURY 21 Allstars offers its clients and the public the required curriculum in order to pass the state exam and to obtain your real estate license.  The class covers 3 state required courses that qualifies you to obtain your license.  They are as follows:

• Real Estate Principles
• Real Estate Practices
• Escrow

Each course covers 15 chapters highlighting what you will need to learn to pass your real estate exam.  Each chapter has a short review quiz, that you are expected to complete prior to your next live meeting.  You are required to take and pass an open book final examination for each course.  The review quiz in each chapter will prepare you for the open book final.  The class is held on each Wednesday at 6:00 p.m., and usually ends by 8:00 p.m.  The cost is as follows:

   Get your questions answered, understand the process and legal requirements to obtain a  license. Career sessions every Tuesday at 6 p.m.

• Real Estate School                                                                        $214
   Includes Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice and Escrow course.  Certificate of Completion, exam processing, exam preparation materials and live weekly classes.

Questions and Answers

What are the requirements to obtain a real estate license?  You must at be least 18 years of age, and a legal U.S. resident.  Applicants must be honest and truthful.  Conviction of a crime may result in the denial of a license.  Failure to disclose any criminal violation or certain disciplinary action in an applicant’s past may result in the denial of a license. 

 
How and when can I reschedule my exam date?  The fastest and easiest method is using the DRE’s on-line licensing system at http://www.dre.ca.gov/examserv.htm.  You may reschedule an exam date at any time.  The DRE will charge a $15.00 rescheduling fee for the first rescedule, $30.00 for subsequent rescheduling, that you will be responsible for.


How Long does it take to complete the courses? You can obtain your certificate in as little as 9 weeks.

How long does it take to get my exam results?  It generally takes 3 – 5 business days from the day you took your exam.

How do I find out if I passed my state exam?  You may contact us at CENTURY 21 Allstars or visit the DRE website at http://www.dre.ca.gov/examserv.htm.

What if I fail the state exam?  There is no limit on how many times you can take the state exam.  The DRE charges $60.00 per exam sitting(CENTURY 21 Allstars only pays for the first exam).  We recommend re-scheduling a new date immediately if you find that you have failed.  Please don’t be discouraged, as some of the best and highest producing realtors fail their exam the first time.

I passed my exam, now what?  We will give you a call the day your application arrives from the DRE.  If you change your mailing address and receive the application directly from the DRE, please give us a call if you are interested in an interview with CENTURY 21 Allstars.

When will I get my license application?  It will arrive in the mail 7-10 business days from the day you passed your exam.
