NEWLY LICENSED SALES ASSOCIATES

First of all, congratulations on considering a career in real estate and/or passing your real estate exam.  I know it is extremely exciting and at the same time scary entering this business and not having formal skills in order to achieve at a high level.  Also, choosing a real estate company also takes some work and preparation on your part.

Since 1987, CENTURY 21 Allstars has been successfully in business and has developed and matured individuals in this profession.  When choosing a real estate company, you would want to put the same efforts as if you were choosing a private school for your children and paying a high tuition.  It is extremely important that you ask the right questions, followed up by inspecting the results.

I am proud to say that CENTURY 21 Allstars is an industry leader in both reputation and production standards and ranks as one of the most productive real estate offices in the United States.

If you are currently working at another office, and not receiving the training or results that you thought you would get, I would like to speak with you.  Though we have high standards, I believe that each of us can achieve in life what we dream of as long as we have discipline and desire.  Here is a short list when considering a change:

• Is your broker/manager not working as hard as you and still selling real estate instead of
  developing your career?
• Is your office a market leader that you can be proud of?
• Does your office regularly have training meetings to sharpen your skills?
• Are you not recognized by your broker/manager?
• Are you making less money now than you did in the past?
• Have you considered quitting real estate?

Though CENTURY 21 Allstars is not a magic pill for success, if you honestly want to improve your career and earn the living that you deserve, then I would like to speak with you.  Your career is too important to put it off one more day.  Be proud of your results and the organization that you work for.
