WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM YOU

We have achieved these high honors as a direct result of doing what the competition is not willing to do on a daily basis.
We are always looking for new talent that is interested in designing a lifestyle for themselves and not merely earning a living. However, in order to do this, we must be selective in our choice and do the following on a daily basis:
Power Start Your Day
o You need to show up each and every day that you are scheduled to work o Be at the office by 8:00am o Dress for success ... Business attire o 5-5/12 days per per week, 10 hours per day o Spend 15 minutes - 2 times per day, repeating affirmations o Spend 10 minutes per day - 2 times per day, reviewing your goals o Be at a prospecting station (or your desk) prospecting by 8:30am
Build Your Skills, Knowledge, & Mindset
o Role play 30 minutes daily o Participate in our 1 on 1 coaching o Write 1 script out daily, min 1/2 hour daily o Role play 5 days a week with 4 different partners o Attend every sales meeting (Friday @ 9:00am) o Attend a minimum of (2) CENTURY 21 Allstars training classes o Attend & participate in all scheduled CENTURY 21Allstars Prospecting Events o Preview 25 properties per week – door knock 10 houses around each property o Hand in Daily prospecting results to manager daily o Video Tape listing presentation 2times during the 10 weeks and review with your coach o Turn in your totaled numbers weekly o One on One meeting with your coach every other week
Get More Business
o Participate in our 1 on 1 coaching o Hand in prospecting results to manager daily. o Turn in your total numbers weekly o Prospect 4 hours daily by telephone or by doors o 45 minutes daily for effective Lead Follow Up o Visit 5 For Sale By Owners per week o Visit 5 Expireds listings (if not home, knock on 10 houses around each property) o Contact 15 names on your Sphere of Influence list, by phone or door knock, per week o Hold 2 open houses per month o Set an appointment every day you work o Add 16 prospects weekly to your database o Go on at least one qualified listing appointment every week o Prequalify every listing appointment o Take 2 listings per month o Open 1 escrow per month
Service Your Clients
o One hour per week communicating with your clients o Have the transaction coordinators process your open escrows, as we are paperless and communicate with service providers and clients via the internet. o Provide your clients a pre-printed cd rom with your clients completed real estate transaction o Enter your clients into our data base so that they are contacted minimally through a monthly newsletter and holidays and special events
In Conclusion
I would like to be the first to let you know that a real estate career is not for everyone. Regardless of what you have heard, real estate is a time consuming and very demanding profession. It takes perseverance, discipline and good old fashioned hard work to succeed in this profession. You will be required to meet people on a daily basis and talk to them regarding their real estate needs. There will be times in the day that you feel discouraged and other times when you feel elated, this is to be expected.
Since 1988, I have coached and have witnessed many individuals enter the real estate field as their career and have seen failure and success stories countless times. The difference between these groups, in my opinion is that one had a strong desire to succeed and discipline in order to listen and learn new ideas, where the other looked for a shortcut to success. The choice is yours to be average like everyone else or to achieve what many have only thought and talked about.
